DMCA Policy & Copyright Complaints

Last updated: October 2026

servitecagaitan.com.co (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of individuals and organizations, and we expect our users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can ask us to remove content and how we handle those requests.

This policy is based on:

  • The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States, for copyright owners worldwide.
  • The Law on Intellectual Property of Vietnam (2005, as amended in 2009, 2019 and 2022) and Decree No. 17/2023/ND-CP, for rights holders in Vietnam.

1. How servitecagaitan.com.co works

servitecagaitan.com.co is an online tool that lets users save publicly available videos from TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms by pasting a link into the download box.

Please note the following before submitting a complaint:

  • We do not host or store any videos, images or audio files on our servers. Files are transferred directly from the original platform’s servers to the user’s device.
  • We do not maintain any catalog, library or index of videos that can be searched or browsed.
  • The tool only works with content that is publicly available on the original platform. Private or deleted content cannot be downloaded.
  • servitecagaitan.com.co is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Google or YouTube.

If your video has been re-uploaded without permission on TikTok, Facebook or YouTube, the fastest and most effective solution is to report it directly to that platform. Once the content is removed from the original platform, it can no longer be downloaded through our tool.

The policy below applies to content displayed directly on our website, such as articles, images, descriptions or other materials published on servitecagaitan.com.co.

2. How to submit a copyright infringement notice

For us to process your request, your notice must include the following:

  1. Your contact information: full name or company name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. The copyrighted work: a description of the work you own, with a link to the original or proof of ownership (if available).
  3. Location of the infringing material: the exact URL(s) on our website where the material appears. Please list each item separately.
  4. Good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Signature: a physical (scanned) or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Send your notice through our Contact page with the subject line: “DMCA – Takedown Request”.

Notices that are incomplete, do not identify the infringing material, or do not establish ownership will not be processed.

3. Our review process

  1. Acknowledgment: we confirm receipt of your notice within 48 business hours.
  2. Review: we verify the notice within 3 to 7 business days. If information is missing, we will contact you to request it.
  3. Action: if the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material in question.
  4. Notification: we email you about the action taken.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the removed content and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court for any related dispute.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not show within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content.

5. False or abusive claims

Knowingly submitting a false notice, impersonating a copyright owner, or using this process for unfair competition may make you liable for damages under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) and applicable Vietnamese law. Please consider carefully, or consult a lawyer, before submitting a notice.

6. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our service for users found to have repeatedly infringed copyrights.

7. User responsibility

servitecagaitan.com.co is intended for saving content for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are solely responsible for how they use downloaded content. Do not re-upload, redistribute or commercially exploit other people’s content without the owner’s permission.
